The savannah Women Integrated Development Agency (SWIDA-Gh), has provided sensitization to some 600 students of the Savelugu Senior High School (SAVESS), as part of activities to mark the Anti-Corruption Day, 2022.
This action was necessitated by SWIDA-Gh’s continuous drive at empowering the younger generation to eschew all forms of potentially corrupt activities at the school level, beginning from themselves.

The 2022 Anti-Corruption Day was under the theme “UNiTE Against Corruption; Youth Against Corruption”.
The theme resonates with well with SWIDA-Gh’s efforts at contributing to raising a future generation of trusted and corrupt-free leaders.

The students, who received the sensitization, were grateful to SWIDA-Gh for drawing their attention to some of the practices deemed corrupt and for the ways which they could contribute in the fight against corruption.
The exercise, as part of the 2022 celebration of the Anti-Corruption Day, 2022, was supported by the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition (GACC).
