SWIDA Ghana Organizes Training for Staff for Capacity Strengthening

SWIDA Ghana has organized a two-day capacity-building training for 16 staff members on gender-based advocacy, organizational visibility, and resource mobilization.

The knowledge and skills gained will strengthen staff capacity to champion gender-responsive advocacy, enhance the organization’s visibility through strategic communication, and develop sustainable fundraising approaches to expand SWIDA Ghana’s impact.

Participants are now better equipped to engage stakeholders, influence policy, mobilize resources, and amplify the voices of women and girls across our communities.

The training forms part of the SWIDA Ghana EMPOWER HER Project, funded by Plan International Ghana and Canada’s International Development – Global Affairs Canada, under the RWVL Cohort 1 partners reinforcing our commitment to women’s empowerment and sustainable development.
